The support team will look to provide the answer to your query within 48 hours, however from time to time this may take slightly longer than the period stated.
- Any questions you ask must relate to the topics covered in the seminar you attended, i.e. if you want to talk about spread betting, you should have attended our Options and Spread betting course, but if you have questions about covered calls than support will be able to answer them, given that you have attended the The Comprehensive Share trading course.
- We will ask you to complete evaluation form after your support session, so we can do the quality checks and keep the level of support at a high standard
- Please note: Win investing support does not give stock tips and can only look at historic charts. The purpose of support is pure education.
